+ How will I get confirmation of my order.
As soon as you submit your order you will get a confirmation message on the screen. You will also receive an email confirming your order with order number and items purchased. You will later receive an email with your tracking information.
+ What shipping methods are offered?
All deliveries are shipped using USPS for both domestic and international orders. A tracking number will be sent to you with your order information by email. You will be informed if any changes or special shipping method is required for your order.
+ Do you ship to my country?
We ship to any country protected by import and export regulations in agreement with the United States. If a challenge occurs with a shipping location you will be informed and the appropriate actions will take place.
+ Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We ship to your P.O. Box. Do keep in mind if your package is bigger than your P.O. Box it may be placed somewhere else in your local post office for safekeeping.
+ Do you ship to APO/DPO/FPO Military Addresses?
We ship to your APO, DPO, or FPO address. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 30 days. There may be additional restrictions for hazardous items. Please speak with the appropriate person to learn what those restrictions are at your address.
